Procedure🤔
- Stand in the Mountain pose facing the sun.
- Arms relax to the side.
- Take a deep and very slow breath. Concentrate on your breath and calm your mind.
- Repeat it 4-5 times.

Procedure
- Stand in the Pose of Mountain our samastiasana
- Facing towards Sun take a slow breath, take palms outward to the face.
- Exhale air, then slowly turn the palm backward in a normal position.
- Repeat it 6-8 times.

Shiv-Surya Namaskar
Shiv suryanamaskar is one of the advanced asanas of Aruna Surya Namaskara.

Procedure😇
- Stand in the third position Tadasana.
- Relax your arms and body
- Take a slow breath, stretch your hands outward direction make a circle bring them together, the one palm touches another palm.
- Bend your back as possible while keeping an eye open.
- Slowly exhale, come in normal positions. Repeat it.
Benefits of doing Shiv-Surya Namaskar
- It overall increases your upper body strength.

Kasatrian Kriya Suryanamaskar
This asana is a more advanced version of Vedic suryanamaskar.

- Stand in a mountain pose.
- Stretch your shoulder and legs parallel to the ground.
- Repeat it 6-8 times and gradually increase day by day.

- Perform Namaskar mudra by folding palms together.
- Keep the fingers straight.
- Inhale completely and concentrate on the breath. Hold a breath for a second.
- Exhale slowly repeated 6 times, if your beginner and increased gradually.
